Due to the nature of our business, and the personalisation of our products, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on initialled items. We do, of course, offer a full refund on faulty or damaged products. Please email, or telephone, us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any such problems.
Please be aware that Embroidered products will arrive separately to Luggage, Glass & Silverware and Trays. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives incomplete please email email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt.
