We require your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and credit/debit card expiration date to process your order, and to forward your order confirmation. We do not store card details once the payment has been made. We also request a telephone number so that we may contact you in a more urgent manner if there is a problem with your order. We may pass this information on to our dispatch team in case they also need to contact you about the processing and shipping of your order.

Consent

We offer you the option of selecting whether or not you would like to receive occasional newsletters from us via email. If you do not wish to receive any communications from us, please email: sales@theenglishroom.com and we will remove your email address from our records. Alternatively, if you do wish to receive communications from us, please tick the box provided when you place your order. By using this website, you signify your consent to our collection of your personal customer account information for use in processing orders, payments, credit reference checking, fraud deterrence and market research. We will post any changes we make to the current privacy policy on our website so that you can stay informed about your rights, and notify us about any changes in your preferences about those rights.
