Due to the nature of our business, and the personalisation of our products, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on initialled items. We do, of course, offer a full refund on faulty or damaged products. Please email, or telephone, us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any such problems. For further information on returning products please telephone us.

Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer, or by MasterCard and Visa (either online or via the order line: 020 7839 2318 or 0344 693 2224). Please note that if you pay by cheque, orders cannot be despatched until the funds have cleared.
We keep stock of most of the products in our collection. If you would like your item to be personalised, please note that the turnaround time varies according to the product ordered. We aim to have the majority of our products delivered to you within 2 – 3 weeks, however please allow up to five weeks for Glass Trays and during busy periods. We endeavour to fulfil every request so please ask if you have an urgent date in mind. Our standard UK delivery is second class recorded mail - all deliveries must be signed.
